This artifact has always been one of my favorites, but I don’t think newer players know how to get it. How else can one explain the exorbitant prices these skulls bring on the open market? The quest has been glitched many times by SOE but, seems to be working as intended these days. Quoted below is a step by step guide provided for us by Kijek…
1. Talk to Huff Darklighter’s Guard on Tatooine @POI Darklighter’s Estate WP -693,8,-6732 and get the 1st mission “Find the Rifle”
2. Now with the mission in hand, travel to Naboo, Moenia, and go to the local Cantina and speak with the Borvo’s Guard @ 4880,3,-4595. Get the mission: take medicine to Dagoral who is locateded just 407m away @ 4470,3,-4715 andd talk to him. After you talked to Dagoral, return to the Borvo’s Guard at the Cantina for your reward:100 Borvo faction and 1000 credits.
3. Get the next mission from the Guard, called “Check Frangee’s Last Known Location”, and go to the Location @ 5357,5,-4698 only 488m away from the guard. Once you at the location you will get an update on the mission:”Kill the Snitch” (Frangee), ok kill him already. After you took care of the Snitch return to the guard for your reward: 150 Borvo Faction and 2000 credits.
4. Now get the next mission from the Guard, called “A Trip to Corellia” …now travel to Corellia/Coronet and go to the Capitol Coronet Hall @ -210,28,-4505. Once you near the Hall you get a Mission update “Speak with CorSec Captain”, go inside the Hall and talk to Thale Duskrunner.
5. Talk to Thale Duskrunner and get the mission: “Bluffing the CorSec:Go Find Aldaleid”… Aldaleid is just 739m away from your current location. Once you at the given waypoint, you recieve an mission update “Bluffing the CorSec:Kill Aldaleid” ok now kill him/her and then return to Thale Duskrunner for your reward: 25 CorSec faction.
6. Get the next mission from Thale Duskrunner called : Bluffing the CorSec: Go See Maerzen” just 867m away @ 644,1,-4438. When you go to the location you again recieve an update for the mission:”Bluffing the CorSec:Kill Maerzen”, well kill him and return to Thale Duskrunner for your reward: 50 CorSec faction.
7. After a short small talk with Thal Duskrunner, return to Naboo/Moenia and talk to the Borvo’s Guard @ 4880,3,-4595 in the Cantina, he will give you your reward: 200 Brovo faction, 5000 credits and access to Borvo the Hutt.
8. Talk to Borvo the Hutt and get the mission: “Find the Bounty Hunter”, located 2850m away from your curent location. Go to the location @ 5770,5,-7294 !WARNING: DO NOT KILL THE BOUNTY HUNTER TILL YOU GET THE MISSION UPDATE! once you at the location you get the mission update: “Kill Bounty Hunter”, ok now you can kill the Bounty Hunter, after a job well done return to Borvo for your reward: 50 Borvo faction and 2000 credits.
9. Talk to Borvo the Hutt and get the next mission:”Find Borvo’s Old Partner” located at the POI: Imperial vs. Gungen Battle @ 4760,13,-3894 only 705m away. Once at the location you get a mission update: “Kill Monrus” kill him and return to Borvo the Hutt for your reward: 110 Borvo faction, 5000 credits and a Tusken King Rifle (No Trade).
10. Head back to the Darklighter Estate on Tat near Anchorhead and simply drag and drop the Tusken King Rifle onto the Huff Darklighter’s Guard @ -693,8,-6732 and get your reward: 500 credits amd access to Huffs Estate.
11. Ok now go inside the Estate and talk to Huff Darklighter located @ -698,8,-6749 inside the house by the guard. Talk to Huff and get the mission: “See Dera” she is located just 337m away @ -915,16,-6490 and talk to her, once you talked to her you get a mission update: “Defeat Vile Tusken (24), Defeat Vile Tusken Chieftan (1), Eliminate Vile Tusken” the Vile Tusken are located @ -1011,34,-6351 inside the cave close by. Now go inside and start Killing the Vile Tusken till you get an mission update, once done talk to Dera and then return to Huff Darklighter.
12. Talk to Huff and get your last mission, called “End the Sennex Slave Trade (3), Sennex Slave Overlord (1), Sennex Slave Veterans (13), Sennex Databank (1)”. The Sennex are located near the Ancherhead Shuttle @ 68,83,-5256. Once you clicked at the Databank located @ 140,71,-5330 you get an mission update and also need to kill Sennex Slave driver (13). After you have killed your way through the bunker and got the mission update “Return to Huff” you almost done. Return to Huff Darklighter and talk to him for your final reward: Polished Krayt Dragon Skull.

This is an old quest from 2004, and many players do not know how it is done. From start to finish it takes about an hour, and can be done at your liesure, like while you are waiting for an instance group to form.
